LOS ANGELES, Aug. 19 (UPI) -- CBS says it has set a September start date for its new U.S. drama "A Gifted Man," starring Patrick Wilson, Jennifer Ehle and Margo Martindale.
Julie Benz will play a recurring role and Bill Irwin will be a guest star on the show, which is to premiere Sept. 23.
"After the ghost of Michael's ex-wife visits him from the afterlife and asks him to help continue running her low income clinic, he finds himself rushing back and forth between taking care of his own patients at Holt Neuro and her less fortunate patients at the clinic," CBS said in a synopsis.
