ST. BARTS, France, Aug. 14 (UPI) -- "Dancing With the Stars" co-host Brooke Burke and former "Baywatch" and "Melrose Place" star David Charvet have tied the knot, Burke's representatives said.

The couple's four children were on hand for the ceremony Friday near St. Barts, US Weekly reported.

"Want to thank everyone for their support," Charvet, 39, tweeted Saturday. "It has been a great day!"

The two had been engaged since August 2006 and the ceremony took place aboard a yacht, E! News reported.

It is the second marriage for Burke, 39, who has two children with her former husband, "Extreme Makeover" plastic surgeon Garth Fisher.

Burke and Charvet have two children, a son, Shaya, 3, and a daughter, Rain, 4.

Burke's children with Fisher are daughters Sierra, 9, and Neria, 11.
