NEW YORK, July 22 (UPI) -- British television personality Sharon Osbourne says she is taking a break from being a co-host on the U.S. chat show "The Talk."

The Hollywood Reporter said Osbourne wants to spend more time with her rocker husband Ozzy, who is in the midst of an 18-month concert tour.

"I've kept it no secret that I really miss my husband," Osbourne told AOL TV. "He'll have been on tour for 18 months by the time it's over. I've spent a lot of time away from him. He gets a break at the end of September and so I've asked [the show] for a little break so I can be with him."

Osbourne didn't say how long she would be off of the program.

"The Talk" also features Osbourne's fellow celebrity moms Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini.
