LOS ANGELES, July 21 (UPI) -- U.S. reality TV personality Kim Kardashian has filed a lawsuit, claiming the Old Navy clothing company used her likeness in ads without her permission.
The Wall Street Journal said the suit, filed Tuesday, seeks unspecified damages from the retail chain for using a Kardashian lookalike to sell its clothes.
"I've worked hard to support the products I'm personally involved with and that I believe in," the newspaper quoted Kardashian as saying.
The Journal said a representative for Old Navy owner Gap Inc. declined to comment on the lawsuit.
