BOSTON, July 17 (UPI) -- Jerry Seinfeld said it was unlikely he would be making any guest appearances on Larry David's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" this season.
The entire "Seinfeld" cast was featured on David's HBO series last year, and Seinfeld himself told the Boston Herald an encore was probably not going to happen.
"I loved doing that show, but I don't know what we could do that would be bigger or better than what we did by getting the cast back together," Seinfeld said.
Part of the reason was the highly improvisational nature of "Curb Your Enthusiasm." Seinfeld said the "intensive" editing made it a tougher show to put together than the scripted episodes of "Seinfeld," which David also produced.
The Herald said Seinfeld's calendar is currently pretty packed with stand-up comedy appearances and his NBC series "The Marriage Ref."
