Kathie Lee, Hoda heading to Montreal

NEW YORK, July 11 (UPI) -- The fourth hour of the New York-based morning chat show "Today" will be taped in Montreal two days this week, NBC announced Monday.

Co-hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb will be traveling for the show's Canadian-themed segments Thursday and Friday, which will be broadcast from Place Jacques-Cartier in Old Montreal.

"While in Montreal, Kathie Lee and Hoda will take in the sights, culture, entertainment, cuisine and, of course, the native animals. Viewers will receive special Canadian treats with performances by Cirque du Soleil and Barenaked Ladies," NBC said in a news release.
