LOS ANGELES, July 2 (UPI) -- An employee of U.S. porn purveyor Hustler is suing the company and founder Larry Flynt's daughter for sexual harassment, court documents indicate.

TMZ.com said Saturday Steven Prescott, Hustler's West Coast district manager, accused Theresa Flynt of being a little too much of a hands-on boss and refused to back off despite his complaints to superiors.

The suit, which names a bevy of Flynt's companies, alleged the family considered itself "above the law."

The allegations said Theresa Flynt engaged in unwanted touching and leering and also sent him repeated suggestive text messages.
