LOS ANGELES, June 13 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Selena Gomez said via Twitter Monday she is "feeling much better" after a brief hospitalization last week.
Gomez, 18, was treated for nausea and a severe headache Thursday after taping an interview for "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."
However, People.com said she is now ready to return to work and planned to promote her new film "Monte Carlo" at a Santa Monica, Calif., mall Monday.
"Feeling much better, thank you all for being so understanding," Gomez said via Twitter. "Can't wait to see you all today at Santa Monica Place for the Monte Carlo kick off."
