LOS ANGELES, April 6 (UPI) -- Ray Romano, Catherine Tate, Will Arnett and James Spader are to guest star on the upcoming Season 7 finale of the U.S. sitcom, "The Office."

The casting news was reported Tuesday by The Hollywood Reporter.

Ricky Gervais, the creator and star of the original British version of "The Office," is also booked to appear on the hour-long episode, which is to air on NBC May 19.

Will Ferrell will wrap up his multi-episode arc on "The Office" in the season finale, as well.

Series star Steve Carell is leaving the show this month, prompting speculation about who will replace him as Dunder Mifflin Inc. regional manager in Season 8.
