NEW YORK, March 21 (UPI) -- The U.S. cable network TV Land says it has ordered two new scripted series -- "Happily Divorced" and "The Exes" -- and renewed the sitcom "Retired at 35."

The network also recently placed a 24-episode order for Season 3 of its series "Hot in Cleveland."

"Happily Divorced" marks Fran Drescher's return to television. The cast includes John Michael Higgins, Tichina Arnold and Rita Moreno. The show is to premiere June 15.

"The Exes" stars Donald Faison, Wayne Knight, David Alan Basche and Kristen Johnston. "Retired at 35" features George Segal, Jessica Walter and Johnathan McClain. It has been renewed for a second season.

"Happily Divorced," "The Exes" and "Retired at 35" have all been picked up for 10 episodes each.

"The Exes" and "Retired at 35" are to premiere next winter.

"TV Land is committed to building a new home for situation comedies and we are ecstatic to build and expand on the success of our original scripted programming," Larry W. Jones, president of TV Land, said in a statement Monday. "'Hot in Cleveland' and 'Retired at 35' have proven to us that our audience is hungry for new sitcoms with relatable, experienced characters and smart, contemporary writing. We're looking forward to an amazing year working with all of this wonderful talent."
