LOS ANGELES, March 20 (UPI) -- Television's "Wonder Woman" had rave reviews for the latest version of the super heroine's costume during its official unveiling in Los Angeles.

Lynda Carter told The Hollywood Reporter that Adrianne Palicki looked "gorgeous" in the skin-tight ensemble designed for the upcoming television series.

"What's not to like," Carter said. "Adrianne looks gorgeous and I'm really looking forward to seeing David E. Kelley's new series."

The Reporter said Sunday the costume features a red top and blue pants and boots topped with a low-key headband. The outfit forgoes the star-spangled hot pants so effectively worn by Carter in the 1970s.

Carter said she was not part of the upcoming NBC pilot due to her time commitments to her new CD "Crazy Little Things."
