LOS ANGELES, Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Actress Pamela Anderson said in a lawsuit she wants $1 million from her ex boyfriend as compensation for a Las Vegas condo he allegedly had promised her.

Anderson's suit in Los Angeles federal court said real estate mogul Laurence Hallier had promised her back in 2006 that he would give her a condo at his Vegas development, or would pay her $1 million if the project wasn't completed on time.

TMZ.com said Saturday that the deal was struck in exchange for Anderson's promotion of the Panorama Towers condo project, which fell behind schedule. Hallier allegedly failed to pay the penalty and Anderson sued this week for the agreed-upon cash.
