LOS ANGELES, Feb. 7 (UPI) -- Shannon Price says she has been living in squalor at her father's house in Utah since the death of her ex-husband, actor Gary Coleman, last May.
The "Diff'rent Strokes" star, who had suffered various health issues including congenital kidney problems through the years, died after falling and hitting his head. He was 42.
Although he and Price had divorced in 2009, Price said they continued to live together as husband and wife.
Price told TV's "Inside Edition" she lost her home to foreclosure after Coleman died and revealed she has been living in the tiny house where she grew up.
"I'm sure Gary is rolling over in his grave right now just knowing that I have to be here," Price said. "I lost everything when Gary passed away. I feel like I have nothing."
She now shares the house with her father, brother and three dogs. The house is filthy with dishes, food and clothes everywhere, "Inside Edition" said Monday.
"It's difficult," Price said. "It's embarrassing. … It just sickens me and it's not a healthy environment. … Gary would be very upset if he knew I was living in that house."
