HOLLYWOOD, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Court documents say the Hollywood Hills home where actress Brittany Murphy and her husband both died will be auctioned Monday.
TMZ.com said Sunday the 8,000-square-foot home was put on the market unsuccessfully with an asking price of $7.25 million and an unpaid mortgage of more than $4 million.
Murphy died in 2009. Her husband, Simon Monjack, was found dead in the residence last year, about seven weeks after Murphy's mother had put it up for sale.
