LOS ANGELES, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Actress Jaime Pressly filed for divorce Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court from Simran Singh, her husband of a little more than a year, records show.
Pressly is best known for her work on the TV sitcom "My Name Is Earl." Singh is an entertainment lawyer.
E! News said the actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
The couple separated Dec. 27, E! said.
