NEW YORK, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- A lawsuit filed against Jimmy Kimmel in New York's Brooklyn Supreme Court claims the TV host used a YouTube video on his talk show without permission.

Dovid Sondik accuses Kimmel of appropriation of likeness and violating YouTube's service terms for splicing together his "Flying Rabbi" clip and a skit mocking NBA superstar LeBron James without permission, the New York Post said Tuesday.

Sondik is seeking unspecified damages in the case, the newspaper said.
