MALIBU, Calif., Nov. 15 (UPI) -- TV actor Timothy Busfield may lose his Malibu home because he is $1.25 million behind in payments, documents filed with the California Recorder's Office reveal.
Busfield is best known for his work on "Thirtysomething," "The West Wing" and "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip."
TMZ said if the actor doesn't reach an agreement with his bank soon, his house will be foreclosed upon and auctioned off in early January.
Busfield's representative declined to comment on the matter, TMZ said.
