LOS ANGELES, Nov. 9 (UPI) -- Retired NFL quarterback Kurt Warner became the latest celebrity eliminated from "Dancing with the Stars" Tuesday night.

"I learned a long time ago that life isn't always about winning or losing competitions. It's about relationships and impacting people," Warner said upon learning his fate. "I have to say a special thanks to my wife and to my seven wonderful kids at home. They make it all worthwhile."

Turning to his professional dance partner Anna Trebunskaya, he added: "And, of course, thanks to this wonderful woman here, who allowed me to do something that nobody really expected me to do, so I appreciate that. Everybody out there, I love you guys. I appreciate it. Thank you so much."

Heading into the show's semifinals, along with their professional dance partners, are Bristol Palin, Jennifer Grey, Brandy and Kyle Massey.
