NEW YORK, Sept. 27 (UPI) -- Dawn Wells, Richard Hatch, Erin Gray and Stan Lee will appear in the new reality series "Hollywood Treasure," Syfy said Monday.
The show is to premiere Oct. 28 with two back-to-back, half-hour episodes.
The weekly reality series "delves into the intricate world of show-biz and pop-culture memorabilia collecting, including science-fiction and fantasy props and costumes," the cable television network said in a news release Monday.
The series follows Joe Maddalena -- owner of Profiles in History, an auctioneer of original movie, television and pop-culture collectibles -- as he and his team "travel the globe searching for the most compelling, rare, and sought-after Hollywood memorabilia," Syfy said.
Along the way, Maddalena meets up with an eclectic mix of Hollywood stars, past and present, including Wells from "Gilligan's Island," Hatch from "Battlestar Gallactica," Gray from "Buck Rogers" and "Silver Spoons," and Lee, the creator of "Spider-Man" and "The X-Men," Syfy said.
