HOLLYWOOD, Aug. 15 (UPI) -- U.S. TV actor Neil Patrick Harris says he is on track to becoming a parent of twins in the fall.
The star of "How I Met Your Mother" announced on his Twitter feed this weekend that he and partner, David Burtka, were "expecting" and that they were both thrilled about it, People said Saturday.
The 37-year-old Harris announced the big news on the same day he and Burtka visited Disneyland.
E! Online confirmed the babies were being carried by a surrogate mother.
