NEW YORK, July 28 (UPI) -- U.S. entertainer Carol Channing is on the promotion trail for her latest CD, "For Heaven's Sake," a collection of childhood favorites her father taught her.

Her record label, Ferguson Music, said the 89-year-old singer has been publicizing the album with stops on

"The View," "The Joy Behar Show," "Fox and Friends" and "The Wendy Williams Show."

She is also scheduled to appear on Friday's edition of Fox News Channel's "Hannity."

Channing is best known for her classic roles on Broadway, having starred in "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" and "Hello, Dolly."
