LOS ANGELES, July 20 (UPI) -- Ali Larter's publicist says the U.S. actress is pregnant with her first child and is expected to deliver the baby this winter.

Whether it will be a boy or girl was not disclosed.

The "Heroes" star and her writer/actor husband Hayes MacArthur married last August.

"Ali and Hayes are thrilled to be expecting their first child," her representative told People.com.
