Vito from 'The Sopranos' arrested for DUI

TAMPA, Fla., June 18 (UPI) -- Actor Joseph Gannascoli was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol early Friday in Tampa, Fla., police said.

Gannascoli, 51, is best known for playing Vito Spatafore, a gangster whacked in Season 5 of the hit HBO mob drama "The Sopranos." He has also appeared in the movies "Mickey Blue Eyes," "Goodfellas" and "Ed Wood."

E! News said the actor was pulled over by police after he allegedly was seen driving erratically.

He was arrested after allegedly failing a field sobriety test by blowing a 0.111 on a Breathalyzer, which is over the legal limit in Florida, the report said.
