LOS ANGELES, June 11 (UPI) -- U.S. pop star Katy Perry says her upcoming album "Teenage Dream" will come out before she marries her fiance, British comedian Russell Brand.

"I think it's crazy up until (the album is released) Aug. 24 and I think that we will get married this year, hopefully," Perry told TV's "Access Hollywood" this week.

Asked if it is true recording artist Rihanna is planning her bachelorette party, Perry exclaimed, "I hope so!"

"That's what I heard," she added. "That will be one of the times you'll find me face-down, like, in an alleyway with, like, uh, a penis hat, you know, those, like, brides-to-be that, like, wear those awful things and you're like, 'What is going on darling?'"

As for whether Brand minds when she wears revealing frocks like the one she donned for last Sunday's MTV Movie Awards show, Perry told "Access Hollywood:" "I think he likes it!

"Well, if you know anything about Russell, he doesn't wear a whole lot of clothing either," she added. "I was channeling Britney Spears when she did that see-through sparkly number in her music video."
