LOS ANGELES, June 11 (UPI) -- A Utah judge Friday ordered the postponement of Gary Coleman's cremation while details regarding the actor's estate are worked out, officials said.

The former "Diff'rent Strokes" star died last month after suffering a brain hemorrhage. He was 42.

CNN said Coleman's former manager, Dion Mial, and ex-wife, Shannon Price, are fighting over control of Coleman's estate. The actor's remains are being held at a Utah mortuary until a decision about who legally can decide what to do with them is made.

A hearing on the matter is scheduled for Monday, CNN said.
