The theme of the fifth annual event was "A Fine Romance," which spotlighted the relationship between Hollywood and Broadway.

"Dreamgirls" producer Laurence Mark and "Milk" producer Dan Jinks handled the production duties while "Hairspray's" Adam Shankman directed.

Among the many performances were Katie Holmes singing "Whatever Lola Wants," Melina Kanakaredes singing "Gimme Gimme," Patti LuPone performing "Don't Cry for Me, Argentina" and "Everything's Coming Up Roses" and Shirley MacLaine and Hector Elizondo teaming up for "I Remember It Well."

The MPTF provides a variety of services ranging from healthcare to childcare, senior services and financial support for entertainment industry professionals.
