NEW YORK, April 20 (UPI) -- Musician Courtney Love has been booked to appear on an upcoming episode of "Late Show with David Letterman" in New York, CBS said.
Love is expected to perform with her band, Hole, during her April 27 visit to the show.
"This will mark Love's fourth appearance on the 'Late Show' and first to the broadcast in six years," the network said in a news release Tuesday. "Love last made a memorable and much-talked about visit to the 'Late Show' on March 17, 2004, that included her performing an impromptu striptease on Letterman's desk."
Love is the widow of late grunge music icon Kurt Cobain.
