In "Twist of Kate," she steps into the lives of other women and moms, experiencing first-hand their challenges and triumphs, the network said Thursday.

Gosselin and her eight children will be seen in "Kate Plus 8," limited specials following the lively brood, as well.

TLC's lineup will also include "Sarah Palin's Alaska" and celebrity chef John Besh's "Inedible to Incredible," as well as the new shows "Quintuplet Surprise," "American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior," "Auctioneers," "Homemade Millionaire," "Battle of the Wedding Designers" and "Police Women of Memphis."

"The fact that TLC has 15 series delivering over 1 million viewers shows that our content is connecting," Eileen O'Neill, president and general manager of TLC, said in a statement. "Our audience comes to us for compelling real-life stories and inspiring characters that they can't find anywhere else on television. And next year, we're giving viewers more of what they love by bringing back beloved personalities, investing in returning favorites and unveiling unexpected new series."
