LOS ANGELES, March 29 (UPI) -- Alyssa Milano's new U.S. comedy series "Romantically Challenged" is scheduled to debut in April, ABC said Monday.

The show about four friends trying to find love and happiness while navigating their way through today's tricky world of dating is set to start airing April 12.

"The smart and beautiful Rebecca is recently divorced after 15 years of marriage, and hasn't been on a date since Clinton was in office," ABC said in a synopsis of the show. "Although a gifted mom and lawyer, she's clueless about dating and hopes to get some help from her equally romantically challenged friends."

"Romantically Challenged" stars Milano as Rebecca Thomas, Kyle Bornheimer as Perry Gill, Josh Lawson as Shawn Goldwater and Kelly Stables as Lisa Thomas.
