ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa., Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Former TV celebrities Jon and Kate Gosselin sold their home in Elizabethtown, Pa., at a loss, a real estate Web site says.

Zillow.com said the former couple's five-bedroom Elizabethtown home sold for $258,000 in January, well below the couple's initial $325,000 asking price, The New York Daily News reported Friday.

Zillow.com said the final selling price on the home was $22,000 less than the stars of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" paid for the house in 2006.

Jon Gosselin, 32, and his 34-year-old ex-wife filed for divorce in June 2009 after gaining celebrity status thanks to their TLC reality show, the last episode of which aired in November.

The Daily News said thanks to a recent agreement between TLC and Jon Gosselin, the former couple and their family of sextuplets and twins remain under contract with the network.

Previously, Jon Gosselin had attempted to prevent his children from being filmed by the network.
