LOS ANGELES, Jan. 27 (UPI) -- Television actor Adrian Pasdar was arrested early Wednesday in Los Angeles for allegedly driving under the influence, police said.
Pasdar, 44, is best known for playing Sen. Nathan Petrelli on "Heroes." He is also married to Dixie Chicks band member Natalie Maines.
TMZ.com said he was arrested after police noticed him driving more than 90 mph and failing to maintain his lane on the 405 Freeway.
Police said they pulled Pasdar over and detected the odor of alcohol, then arrested him on suspicion of DUI after a field sobriety test. He reportedly declined to take a Breathalyzer test.
The actor is expected to remain in jail until he posts $15,000 bail, TMZ.com said.
