HUNTINGTON, W.Va., Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Comedian Andy Dick was arrested early Saturday in West Virginia on two counts of felony sexual abuse, police told RadarOnline.
In recent years, Dick, 44, best known for his roles on the TV sit-coms "NewsRadio" and "Less Than Perfect," has seen his career eclipsed by reports of erratic behavior and substance abuse.
He is on probation for sexual battery, a charge he pleaded guilty to in a 2008 incident in which he pulled down a teenager's shirt outside a California restaurant.
RadarOnline said Dick was being held at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, W.Va., while he awaited arraignment for Saturday's arrest.
No other details about this latest incident were available.
