

TORONTO, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Celine Dion, James Cameron and The Tragically Hip are among the stars slated to take part in Friday's "Canada for Haiti" relief special, organizers said.
The hour-long, commercial-free program is being produced collaboratively by CBC Television, CTV and Global Television. The special is to air on all three networks, as well as MTV, MuchMusic and National Geographic Channel.
Cheryl Hickey, Ben Mulroney and George Stroumboulopoulos are set to serve as hosts of the fundraiser.
Also featured to appear on the special are K'naan, Justin Bieber, Nelly Furtado, Sarah McLachlan, Barenaked Ladies, Simple Plan, David Foster, Chantal Kreviazuk, Raine Maida and Measha Brueggergosman.
Michael J. Fox, Ryan Reynolds, William Shatner, Rachelle Lefevre, Joshua Jackson, Pamela Anderson, Jason Reitman, Eugene Levy, Norman Jewison, Tom Jackson, Will Arnett and Sandra Oh have also signed on to take part in the program, as have Brent Butt, Hugh Dillon, Mike Holmes, Rick Mercer, Alex Trebek, Craig Kielburger, Steve Nash and Wayne Gretzky. Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Governor-General Michaelle Jean will also offer special messages.
Canadians can show their support for the victims of Haiti's recent earthquake by donating online at CanadaForHaiti.com, by calling toll-free at 1-877-51-HAITI (42484) or by texting AID to 45678.
Funds are to go towards a coalition of Canadian NGOs, including the Canadian Red Cross Society, Care Canada, Free the Children, Oxfam Canada, Oxfam Quebec, Plan Canada, Save the Children Canada, UNICEF Canada and World Vision Canada.
