NEW YORK, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- An insider says former reality TV star Jon Gosselin is dating a 25-year-old woman he met in Utah.

Us Magazine reported Saturday Gosselin, 32, reportedly is dating Morgan Christie and the couple have gotten close in the wake of Gosselin's highly publicized split from his wife Kate. The Gosselins' divorce was final last month.

"They've been inseparable," the insider, whose identity was not released, said of the former "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star. "They talk on the phone and text throughout the day, and Morgan flew to New York right after Christmas to be with him."

"Jon is going through a really tough time ... . He and Morgan are becoming very close, but he's being really cautious because of everything he's been through."

Sources told People magazine Christie lives in California, but was raised in Greenwich, Conn.

"She grew up very privileged; tons of money," an unidentified source said.
