LOS ANGELES, Dec. 8 (UPI) -- "The Wronged Man," a U.S. television movie starring British actress Julia Ormond, is to air in January, Lifetime Movie Network said Tuesday.
Ormond's film credits include "Legends of the Fall," "Sabrina" and "First Knight."
Her latest project is based on the true story of one woman's 22-year quest for justice and redemption for a man wrongfully convicted of a crime that shook a small Southern town, Lifetime said in a news release. The TV movie co-stars Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, with whom Ormond appeared in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."
"The Wronged Man" is slated to premiere Jan. 17 on Lifetime Movie Network. It was originally scheduled for broadcast last month. No reason was given for the change in air date.
