LOS ANGELES, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Actor and television personality David Hasselhoff was hospitalized in Los Angeles Friday after having a seizure, RadarOnline.com reported.

The celebrity news Web site quoted unnamed sources as saying the 57-year-old "America's Got Talent" judge, who was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning at least five times in the last few years and is said to take anti-seizure medication, had been drinking Thursday and Friday.

Paramedics reportedly were called to Hasselhoff's home Friday and transported him to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment.

"I asked one of the paramedics how David was doing and he told me his eyes were rolling back into his head. He was drooling and that he'd had a seizure," the star's neighbor, who asked that his name not be used, told RadarOnline. "This isn't the first time this has happened to him."
