SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Ron Livingston's publicist says the actor has married actress Rosemarie DeWitt in San Francisco.

Livingston's representative confirmed the Nov. 2 wedding to People magazine exclusively, but offered no details about the ceremony.

The couple met on the set of the now-canceled television drama "Standoff" and dated for more than three years before tying the knot.

Livingston had a recurring role on TV's "Sex and the City," and appeared in the films "The Time Traveler's Wife," "Little Black Book," "Adaptation" and "Office Space."

DeWitt is best known for her work on the TV drama "Mad Men" and in the film "Rachel Getting Married."
