CHICAGO, Nov. 9 (UPI) -- Michael Buble has been booked to sing on "Jennifer Hudson: I'll Be Home for Christmas," a holiday TV special to be taped in Hudson's native Chicago, ABC said.
Hudson, who won a supporting actress Oscar for the movie "Dreamgirls," is expected, in her first TV special, to share childhood memories of the music, people and places that set the stage for her success, the network said in a news release.
The program is slated to air Dec. 14.
Buble is a Grammy Award-winning recording artist whose latest CD, "Crazy Love," was released last month at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
He is scheduled to perform the Christmas classics "Baby It's Cold Outside" and "Let It Snow" as duets with Hudson. Hudson will also sing holiday hits such as "Silent Night," "The Christmas Song" and "O Holy Night," ABC said.
