LOS ANGELES, Oct. 31 (UPI) -- Former reality TV personality Nicole Richie blames two paparazzi photographers for her recent car accident, a Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman says.
Court spokeswoman Vania Stuelp said Richie, 28, obtained temporary restraining orders Friday against photographers Eduardo Cerri Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel, who she alleges caused an early October car accident, E! Online reported.
"She claims they harassed and stalked her and were involved in the car accident in the beginning of (the) month," Stuelp said.
The Oct. 5 accident, specific details of which were not reported, resulted in Richie suffering minor injuries.
E! Online said the restraining orders mean Arrivabene and Miguel cannot come within 100 yards of the former "Simple Life" star or her children, staff, home and vehicles.
A Nov. 16 date was scheduled for another hearing on the legal matter.
