UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Benjamin Bratt is set to reprise his role of Detective Reynaldo Curtis on the U.S. television police procedural, "Law & Order," NBC said.
Series creator and Executive Producer Dick Wolf made the announcement Friday that Bratt will appear on an upcoming episode. Bratt was a series regular on "Law & Order" from 1995-99, and in addition to an Emmy nomination, earned two ALMA Awards for his portrayal of Curtis.
"I am thrilled that Ben is coming back for a return appearance. He joined us for our recent 20th anniversary celebration and it was like he never left," Wolf said in a statement.
Bratt most recently starred in the A&E series "The Cleaner." His feature film credits include "Traffic," "Clear and Present Danger" and "Miss Congeniality."
