ABC orders full season of 'Castle'

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 21 (UPI) -- ABC has ordered a full second season of its U.S. crime dramedy, "Castle," starring Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion, sources told TVGuide.com.

The network reportedly will air 22 episodes of the show this season.

Katic plays a New York City police detective in the series, while Fillion protrays a mystery novelist. They work together to solve crimes.

TVGuide.com said the show is averaging between 9 million and 10 million viewers a week.
