Bethenny Frankel confirms pregnancy

NEW YORK, Oct. 20 (UPI) -- Bethenny Frankel, one of the stars of "The Real Housewives of New York City," has confirmed she is pregnant with her first child.

The reality television personality confirmed to People magazine she is about two months pregnant.

Frankel, 38, spoke up after Internet rumors started swirling that she and her fiance, Jason Hoppy, are expecting their first child.

"It's premature to be telling people this," she told People.

"It's not like, 'Did I get Botox?' It's not the way I wanted it to get out," she added. "I haven't even gone through my first trimester. We haven't even heard the heartbeat. My (fiance's) parents didn't even know. ... I am praying everything is OK, but I don't know that yet."
