"'Ten @ Ten' connects Leno via satellite with celebrities and newsmakers from around the world," the network said in a news release. "Signing on from Washington D.C., the first lady will answer a series of 10 rapid-fire questions."
Singers Justin Timberlake and Miley Cyrus, actors Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, and professional athletes LeBron James and Ben Roethlisberger have appeared on the segment -- which has also featured appearances by public officials including Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius.
Obama's segment is to air on Friday's show, which will also feature actor Colin Firth as an in-studio guest.
