May 4 (UPI) -- Rapper Travis Scott is being sued by his former manager Lyor Cohen of LCAR Management for breach of contract.

The firm says Scott signed a three-year contract October 2014 and owes the firm $2 million, Billboard reported.

Sources close to Scott say he signed the deal in good faith, but the company did not do its job and he quickly replaced them.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the deal entitled LCAR Management to 15 percent of Scott's entertainment earnings. Since 2015, all they have received are letters from the 25-year-old's attorney stating that "their services were no longer needed."

LCAR Management is seeking an account of Scott's earnings and full payment.

Cohen is now the global head of music at YouTube.

Scott recently made headlines when he celebrated his 25th birthday in New York with Kylie Jenner. The reality television star was spotted presenting the "Goosebumps" singer with a cake and then later seen "sneaking in a passionate make-out" session.

The pair were first linked in April after they were spotted at a Coachella party following Jenner's split from rapper Tyga.
