April 27 (UPI) -- Katy Perry will release the new song "Bon Appetit" with Migos on Friday. The 32-year-old singer announced the single with the hip hop group Wednesday following the release of her song "Chained to the Rhythm" with Skip Marley.
"Compliments of the chef: 4.28.17," she tweeted a teaser for "Bon Appetit" to her 97.3 million followers.
Some fans believed "Bon Appetit" would feature Ariana Grande instead of Migos, with one person writing, "When you wait 2 months for Katy Perry's Bon Appetit with Ariana Grande but people tell you it's with Migos instead of Ariana."
"LOVE ARI. We tight. That has always been fake news baby. Live and learn," Perry tweeted in response.
"Bon Appetit" and "Chained to the Rhythm" are expected to appear on Perry's forthcoming fifth studio album. She said in an interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest in August that she's not "rushing" the record's release.
"I'm just having a lot of fun, but experimenting and trying different producers, and different collaborators, and different styles. I'm not rushing," the star said.
