April 27 (UPI) -- Haim is back with a new single titled "Right Now" and an accompanying music video directed by filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson.

The clip, released Thursday, features the band performing the song inside a recording studio filled with instruments.

As the camera moves between members Este, Danielle and Alana Haim, the trio are seen playing guitar, drums and piano.

During an interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, the sisters detailed how Anderson filmed the footage in one day "before he was going to work."

"You can really hear the room mics are really loud and us stomping around," Danielle said. "Paul was adamant about wanting to hear Alana click on her pedal. You can hear that click when she does it and you can hear our heels and we were like, 'Wow, this Is crazy I can't believe we pulled this off in a day.'"

"Right Now" is set to appear on Haim's first album in four years titled Something to Tell You, the follow-up to 2013's critically acclaimed Days Are Gone. The new project is set for release on July 7.

"We write everything, we play everything, and we help produce everything," Danielle said to Entertainment Weekly about the long wait between albums. "These things take time, and we refuse to put out anything we're not 100 percent in love with."
