Kendrick Lamar to kick off 'The DAMN. Tour' in Phoenix on July 12

April 24 (UPI) -- Grammy-winning, hip-hop artist Kendrick Lamar is to kick off a 17-city, concert tour in Phoenix on July 12.

Produced by Live Nation, The DAMN. Tour will feature special guests Travis Scott and D.R.A.M. Stops will include Dallas, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Boston and Vancouver, culminating in a show in his hometown of Los Angeles on Aug. 6 at Staples Center.

Tickets go on sale to the general public starting Friday. The concerts are to support Lamar's fourth, studio album DAMN.
