Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Fifth Harmony returned to the stage Wednesday following Camila Cabello's exit from the group.

Remaining members Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui sang as a quartet for the first time at the 2017 People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles.

Fifth Harmony walked the red carpet together in coordinating pink and white outfits before changing into all-black ensembles for their performance of "Work From Home." The group won the award for Favorite Band.

"This means the absolute world to us. We wanna thank our Harmonizers for everything they do for us," Kordei said during their acceptance speech. "We would be nothing without you. Please believe that."

"We wanna thank our families, our team," Jauregui added. "Thank you for everyone, anyone who's supported us. We love you guys. Thank you. So much to come, so stay tuned!"

Cabello left Fifth Harmony in December following the group's performance at the Jingle Ball concert in Miami. The remaining members subsequently claimed Cabello had insisted on leaving to pursue her solo career.

"Over the past several months we have consistently made every effort to sit down and discuss the future of Fifth Harmony with Camila. We have spent past year and a half (since her initial solo endeavor) trying to communicate to her and her team all of the reasons why we felt Fifth Harmony deserved at least one more album of her time," they said Dec. 19.

Cabello responded the same day by saying she was "shocked" by Fifth Harmony's account of her departure. The 19-year-old singer released the solo single "Bad Things" with Machine Gun Kelly in October.
