The 31-year-old is even seen playing basketball and ends with Cole riding away on his bicycle into New York City.

The documentary drops right after Cole's upcoming album was outed by iTunes when 4 Your Eyez Only became available for pre-order on the service. The listing revealed cover art for the album that will contain 10 tracks and release on Dec. 9.
