PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 28 (UPI) -- Rapper Meek Mill has released his formally delayed and long-awaited mixtape titled Dreamchasers 4.

The mixtape, which was slated to release in September, hit music streaming services such as Spotify and Tidal Thursday along with hip-hop mixtape distributor DatPiff.com and Apple's iTunes store.

Spanning 14 tracks, Dreamchasers 4 features guest appearances from Mill's girlfriend Nicki Minaj and rappers Pusha T, Young Thug, 21 Savage, Lil Uzi Vert and French Montana.

Notably, the cover-art to the release features a younger Mill with braids and band-aid over his right eye that the Philadelphia native previously said on Instagram represented his history with police.

"Crazy thing about it.... It was "black cops" that did me dirty! And had me stripped of my freedom going on 11 years now! With 5 more years to go! Growing up in America as a young black kid in the ghetto is like suicide!" he wrote at the time.

Dreamchasers 4 comes after Mill has been feuding with a number of rappers including Drake and most recently with The Game and Beanie Sigel who had originally helped Mill attack the Game on their track "OOOUUU."

Earlier this month, Sigel discussed his issues with Mill on The Breakfast Club stating that he appeared on the diss track due to his loyalty to the Philly music scene.
